Monday 5:30-6:30pm ~ Evening Wind Down with Caroline

An all levels gentle flow and restorative practice to relax your body and calm your mind.  This is a calming, therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension.  This is a donation based class for now.  

Tuesday 9:00-10:00am ~ Morning Flow with Stacy 

This all-levels class explores the union of body and mind through deep stretching, breathing and postures. This gentler class is geared towards gaining more flexibility, strength and balance, and is the perfect way to create consistent energy for the ongoing week.

 

Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm  ~ Meditation with Stacy 

Come discover the power of meditation and enjoy benefits such as decreased pain, anxiety and stress, higher immunity, increased positivity and better self control. Simply put, this guided session is a fantastic way to relax, decompress and just feel good.

Come on out to Kula and start your weekend off right! This fun, all-levels vinyasa class will get the positive vibes flowing and is the perfect way to meet like-minded folks from throughout the community.

Free Community Yoga with Stacy 10:00-11:00am 3rd Sunday of Each Month 

Come support your health and community all at once! This free, donation-based class is a fantastic way to try yoga, meet new friends and raise funds for REACH of Clay County.
